Ingredients

  • 35 ml HENDRICK'S Midsummer Solstice
  • 15 ml Creme de Mure / berry liqueur
  • 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 60 ml Soda Water
  • Top with Sparkling Wine

How to make

  • Add all the ingredients to a large wine glass full with cubed ice.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish and serve.
