Hendrick’s is the marriage of two different spirits from two rare and unusual stills:

The Bennett still and the Carter-Head still. Hendrick's Gin extraordinary smoothness By combining the two, we are able to create an extraordinarily smooth gin that has the required character and balance of subtle flavours.

Our BENNETT STILL was made by coppersmiths in LONDON in 1860. Although very few Bennett stills were ever produced, the handful that were GAINED A REPUTATION for yielding a spirit that is PARTICULARLY ROBUST and FLAVOURFUL. The Carter-Head instead creates a divinely smooth spirit with lusciously subtle flavour characteristics by bathing the botanicals in capours in the flavour basket.

Hendrick's wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage for our delicious duet of infusion: rose petal and cucumber.
