MULLED HARVEST CIDERCocktail Recipe
To banish winter doldrums, brew up a batch of this titillating toddy. The union of HENDRICK’S distinctive gin, peppy ginger tea, cider and honey has been known to reanimate the most frozen of fellows.
How to make
- Gently heat first 3 ingredients in a saucepan then add 2 parts spicy ginger tea.
- Serve warm in a tankard or teacup and garnish with an orange twist and cinnamon stick.
- 1 1/2 parts HENDRICK’S GIN
- 1/4 part Honey
- 2 parts Apple Cider
- 2 parts Spicy Ginger Tea
- Orange Twist and Cinnamon Stick to Garnish
Ginger is long known to soothe the stomach, but less has been written of its savoury qualities. A scant amount of this flavorsome root adds curious spice to foods and drink.
